The main figure of Sweet Bella is Cristina Santiago-Rivera, eldest daughter of Melo Santiago who earned her culinary diploma at California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, CA.  She mastered the art of pastries under famous chefs and continues to improve and take post graduate studies in foreign countries.  She heads the pastry department of Sweet Bella and currently supplies her delicious creations to Melo's restaurant.

Sweet Bella is dedicated in providing quality gourmet specialty cakes with passion for great taste and modern presentation.  Sweet Bella  offers some of the best desserts in Manila.  Best Sellers like Chocolatta and Strawberry Charlotte were both rated Top Manila’s Best Desserts for 2007.
