Now here are some tips On finding the right steak for you.

Remember! The more marbled the meat is the softer it is. Marbling doesn’t mean fatty. It’s good fat that melts away when you cook the steak.

What’s the Wagyu for You?
Wagyu Rib-eye – if you like full of flavor and tasty steak with fats.
Wagyu Tenderloin – if you want purely lean meat with no fats. This steak is very soft.
Wagyu Striploin – semi-marbled, and a little bit chewy to the bite.
Wagyu Porterhouse – 2 steaks in 1 cut and very favourful because it’s still attached to do the bone.
Wagyu T-Bone - 2 steaks in 1 cut and very favourful because it’s still attached to do the bone. Tenderloin is smaller in a Tbone than a Porterhouse steak.
