Angus Variety
Certified Angus Rib-eye - Fine-grained steak. Rich, beefy flavor. Juicy with generous marbling throughout. One of the most tender beef cuts.
Certified Angus Tenderloin - The highest-quality beef roast. Fine texture and mild, yet succulent flavor. Pure lean meat.


Wagyu Variety
Wagyu Rib-eye (Grade 4) - Fine-grained steak. Rich, beefy flavourful. Juicy with generous marbling throughout and one of the most tender beef cuts.
Wagyu Striploin (Grade 8) - Lean, tender and flavorful roast that is fine-grained with a sturdy texture.
Wagyu Tenderloin (Grade 8) - The highest-quality beef roast. Fine texture and mild, yet succulent flavour. Pure lean meat.
Wagyu T-Bone (Grade 6) - Combines two lean, tender steaks. Consists of both striploin and tenderloin steaks. If diameter of tenderloin is smaller than a golf ball, it's usually considered a T-bone.
Wagyu Porterhouse(Grade 6) - Combines two lean, tender steaks. Consist of both striploin and tenderloin steaks. If diameter of tenderloin is larger than a golf ball, it's generally considered a Porterhouse.
